What are your payment terms?

 

We accept cash on the day or use your credit or debit card to pay securely with PayPal.

 

How much notice do you need for a booking?

 

Normally we require 24hrs notice prior to the journey for an online booking. If you need a service more urgently please contact us by telephone and we will respond immediately.

 

Are quoted prices for the whole vehicle or are they per passenger?

 

Prices that we quote are for the whole vehicle and not for the number of passengers.

 

With transport to Heathrow or Gatwick airports is there extra cost involved where a flight is delayed?

 

As we monitor flight arrival times at all airports in UK, as long as you provide us with a flight number at the time of booking there is no extra cost involved with a delayed flight. Please advise our operator of your flight number at the time of booking.

 

I am concerned that I might not find my driver at the airport. How do they meet me?

 

Our drivers are supplied with our customers contact details and you will receive a call to meet at a specific location within the arrivals area. If you require a meet and greet service, please ask our operator at the time of booking. This service may incur an additional fee.

 

The driver will contact you to possibly meet you at the drop area.

 

My concern is that your drivers may not be qualified. Can you confirm their status?

 

We require all of our drivers to be fully qualified and be in possession of a certificate issues by the Elmbridge licensing authority.

 

My company would like to have contract vehicles. Can you arrange this type of service?

 

Yes, we most definitely can! Contact us via our form and we will be happy to chat to you about what we can offer.

 

Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24hrs.

 

Can you arrange company accounts?

 

We most certainly can! We have many account customers in our area. Please contact us.
