We only consider a booking until we confirm via e-mail or phone.

A booking can only be changed or cancelled via the phone. Our drivers are not held responsible for any cancellations. Cancellations not informed up to 1 hour prior to pick-up time may incur 100% of the booked cab price.

Cancellations informed between 1 to 6 hours prior to the booked journey will incur 25% of the booked minicab price. Cancellations informed more than 6 hours prior to time of the journey will involve a 5% cancellation charge.

The prices are based on the type and number of pick-ups and drop-offs that passengers state on the booking request. However, if additional pick-ups or drop-offs are required, clients must contact Star Cars Weybridge only, as only we are in the position to decide a reasonable prices, according to the extra time and mileage.

Our company does not take any responsibility for any vehicles that may be delayed for any transfers due to bad weather conditions, traffic congestions, road works or any other delays.

Our drivers could refuse passengers, if they have luggage that are in excess and could affect the safety of the journey. Passengers should inform us if they will have any additional equipment such as fishing rods, to ensure that we send a suitable vehicle.

Babies are considered as passengers. Passengers who fail to give the correct number of passengers including any babies, may have to pay extra as a different type of vehicle will be needed.

If the passenger cannot see the driver, either near the airport information desk or in any other residential area, he/she must contact either Star Cars Weybridge or the driver to allocate a meeting point.

Passengers should not leave the airport, until having informed either Star Cars or the driver.
